Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with our company, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Order Notice
All orders must be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance to allow adequate time for sourcing, preparation, and delivery.


Order Processing
Order processing begins only after full payment has been received and proof of payment has been submitted to our company.


Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 36 hours of placing it.
An administrative cancellation fee will apply. The fee amount may vary depending on the order size and items involved.


Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full before processing begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Changes to Orders
Requests to modify an order must be submitted within 36 hours of placing the order. Changes may not be possible once procurement or preparation has started.


Delivery & Scheduling
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, port schedules, and supplier timelines. We will make every effort to deliver orders on time. Our team will maintain constant communication with the client to provide updates regarding order status, scheduling, and any potential delays. 


Product Availability
Some products may occasionally be subject to supplier availability. In cases where items are not available locally, they may need to be sourced internationally. When this occurs, additional lead time and potential delays may be experienced due to shipping schedules, customs procedures, or supplier timelines. In such situations, suitable alternatives may be offered to the client whenever possible. 


Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate vessel details, delivery location, and contact information to ensure smooth delivery.


Returns & Claims

Any issues with delivered goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be supported with appropriate documentation or photos. Due to the nature of maritime supply operations, returns may not always be possible, especially for perishable or special-order items.


Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to port restrictions, customs delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or supplier shortages.


Right to Refuse Service
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incomplete information, payment issues, or other operational reasons.


Price Fluctuations

Prices quoted are based on current supplier rates and availability at the time of quotation. Due to potential changes in supplier pricing, shipping costs, or international sourcing expenses, prices may be subject to adjustment before the order is confirmed and processed. Clients will always be notified of any price changes and asked for confirmation before the order proceeds.


Right to Update Terms
The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this website. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
